Litigation Paralegal

Areas of Law Practiced

Practice specializing in Immigration Law, which includes: Family based petitions, Non-U Visas, VAWA, Asylum, and Litigation before the Immigration Court. Family court SIJ cases.

Description

Immediate opening for a full-time Litigation Paralegal. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and be able to prepare translations or serve as interpreter. Do legal research, support attorney, draft motions, fill out application accurately, manage and meet deadlines, must be familiar with EOIR and immigration court proceedings and family court.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the US;
  • Possess a minimum of two-year experience in Immigration Law;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • College level education;
  • Be bilingual – Spanish and English;
  • Be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Schedule: 8 Hour Shift

Bilingual Managing Attorney

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished immigration attorney to advance their career and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. The managing immigration attorney will be responsible for all aspects and stages of our removal cases and SIJ cases. Will manage litigation work flow and conduct client interviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as an Immigration Attorney
  • 1 + years of Managing Experience
  • Proven experience in handling removal proceedings, SIJ, adjustment of status interviews, family immigration, consular processing, U visas and Vawa and N-400s.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of legal research software and other legal technologies.
  • Exhibit skills to recognize the dimensions of a case, identify important information and develop recommendations
  • Fluency In Spanish.

Salary: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
