- Proficient in the use of legal research software and other legal technologies.
- Exhibit skills to recognize the dimensions of a case, identify important information and develop recommendations
- Fluency In Spanish.

Immediate opening for a full-time Litigation Paralegal. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and be able to prepare translations or serve as interpreter. Do legal research, support attorney, draft motions, fill out application accurately, manage and meet deadlines, must be familiar with EOIR and immigration court proceedings and family court.

Job Description
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Greet visitors/guests professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments
- Take and resolve complaints from customers and public being positive to constructive criticism.
- Perform Basic clerical duties, such as faxing and making photocopies.
Requirements
